Since 2024, Makers + Shakers Market has commissioned a series of custom illustrated campaign visuals for its Melbourne and Sydney events.
The ongoing collaboration focuses on developing distinctive key artwork that celebrates the unique character of each venue while capturing the vibrant, creative spirit of one of Australia's leading handmade markets.
Each key visual celebrates the Makers + Shakers experience, combining beloved handmade products, local food and city-specific elements into playful, detail-rich illustrations. challenge lies in balancing a large amount of content and event information while maintaining clarity, strong visual hierarchy and alignment with the established Makers + Shakers brand.
The artwork was adapted across a wide range of promotional and event collateral, including posters, billboards, social media assets, market maps and children's colouring pages. Designed to be both flexible and recognisable, the illustrations helped create a consistent visual experience across every market touchpoint.
