our Role

Opened in 2018, FRANCIS is a neighbourhood restaurant in Hong Kong, inspired by the vibrant ingredients, flavours, and hospitality of the Middle East. Since the restaurant's inception, Concrete Creative has partnered closely with the team to help shape and grow the brand, transforming a simple logo into a distinctive and much-loved identity within Hong Kong's dining scene.

Over the past seven years, Concrete Creative has provided ongoing design support across both digital and print touchpoints, including website design, menus, signage, packaging, event collateral, invitations, seasonal campaigns, and promotional materials. This long-term partnership has ensured the brand remains cohesive while continuing to evolve alongside the business.

Our relationship has extended beyond FRANCIS itself. In 2018, Concrete Creative developed the brand identity for the group's second restaurant, Mr Brown, and in 2022 was invited to create the visual identity for FRANCIS West, further cementing our role as an ongoing creative partner to the business.
