1. What hesitations (if any) did you have about working with a designer?: none

2. What prompted you to work with Concrete Creative?: Having seen your services in action from when you worked with Jade :)

3. How would you describe Concrete Creative to someone who is looking for branding/design support?: An essential partner to anyone looking to build a brand/design. I loved working with Concrete Creative and it was amazing to see my initial ideas come to life as a design and brand.

4 What was your favourite part of the design process?: The initial design of the brand and logo. I thoroughly enjoyed having to think about exactly what message I wanted it to convey and how that represented the core values of my company.

5. What was the most challenging part of the process?: Writing the content for the website, however, Concrete Create made the process less challenging by helping put together the framework. Once that was in place, it was much easier to write the content for each component of the website.

6. Was there a particular element of the deliverables you liked the most? : I am extremely happy with everything that has been delivered by Concrete Creative. If i had to choose, then perhaps my favourite aspect would be the website.

7. By working together, did we successfully accomplish your design goals?: Yes, most definitely

8. Do you have any suggestions for how you would improve or change the design experience?: n/a

10. Is there anything else you would like to add?: Thanks to Concrete Creative for creating such a great platform to represent my business. It hasn't been just about the end product, however, as the whole design process has been invaluable in helping me understand my business values.
